We are delighted to be able to attend the 15th Arabplast exhibition and to be meeting potential customers face to face, rather than virtually via zoom. We will be sharing a stand with our Middle East distributor Eco-polymers and looking forward to mixing with industry specialists and experts showcasing advancements and innovations from all over the world.
ArabPlast is an exclusive event for Plastics, Petrochemicals, Packaging and Rubber Industries and has been running for over 28 years.
We are very keen to showcase several of our technologies, particularly the antimicrobial masterbatch, which can make all plastic surfaces lethal to bacteria, fungi, and viruses—including members of the coronavirus group—and protection lasts for the lifetime of the product.
This year has been particularly satisfying as we have gained enhanced FDA approval for one of our antimicrobial products used extensively for food packaging as well as wider approval for our bread-packaging technology. Protecting food is very important to us as food waste is a worldwide problem, not only devastating for individual communities, but also contributing to climate change as rotting food is a source of methane, a greenhouse gas.
Equally gratifying were the scientific reports from Queen Mary University London, and The Oxomar Study in France released this year. Both of which confirm the effectiveness of our d2w oxo-biodegradable technology, and proving yet again that products made with d2w are not eco-toxic, and will degrade and biodegrade in the marine environment much faster than regular plastic. This drastically reduced dwell-time, meaning that oxo-biodegradable plastics have fewer impacts on the environment.
If you are planning to visit 15th Arabplast Exhibition, please come and see us on Stand No: 7B-155 we will be very happy to see you.
